Contributed to a small, multidisciplinary design team focused on emerging tech within Capital One. Collaborated with engineering teams on startup-style, internal product offerings for stakeholders. Designed machine learning and data visualization products, which spanned multiple LOBs. Mentored numerous junior designers on design thinking, design systems, and UX best practices.

Working on high-impact projects, such as the brand’s first Design System, the annual Innovate competition, and designing new product offerings. Also working on long-term strategic initiatives and OKRs to increase Product Design’s influence and impact at LogMeIn.

Sole designer on a small team that built the world’s leading password manager. Regularly collaborated with C-level executives and stakeholders to conduct brainstorming exercises, sketching sessions, user interviews, and design critiques. Led major design initiatives such as a ground-up redesign of the LastPass 3.0 Consumer and Enterprise product offerings, impacting fifteen million users globally.

Employee #6 at an early-stage startup with ambitions to create the next Groupon. Created an alpha version of the consumer product through brainstorming exercises, whiteboarding sessions, and workshops with various stakeholders. Also kicked off and led a complete redesign of the admin portal.

Created As Seen on TV websites in a rapid, agency setting. Worked alongside the Creative Director, iterating and delivering fully-functional marketing and e-commerce landing pages, sometimes utilizing in-house product photography. Managed all aspects of the web design process, from ideation to coded websites.
